The immediate past president of TTAG, H.E Jephthah Kwame Sefah (Captain), during his speech at the handing over and induction ceremony at Accra College of Education on 18th May 2024, disclosed the total amounts and timeline that trainees should anticipate for the payment of their allowances.

During his speech, he revealed that the payment of the trainees’ allowance (arrears) would not be less than two (2) months. He also disclosed that trainees will receive their usual GHȼ 200 directly paid onto their E-zwich cards, not GHȼ 149.00.

“Finally, let all trainees anticipate the payment of not less than two months of allowance in the coming days. It’s worth sharing that trainees shall now receive 200gh and not 149gh. Dear trainee, the ship has landed!”, he noted.

He also revealed that the SLTF would make a payment this week and hence trainees should get their cards ready.
