For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin--Rom 6:6
Until the accurate message is preached, sin will continue to be seen as a master. The death of Christ will continue to be seen as foolishness and unworthy.
The purpose of why Christ came will be hidden from men. And men will continue to see God as somebody who is very wicked and always looking forward for His children to sin for Him to punish them.
Many Preachers of our generation are always preaching sin, sin, sin hardly do they understand and know what is meant by sin. Many are having the notion that, when they preach sin and hell, their congregations will live uprightly. But the pathetic aspect of it is, that the more they preach, the more their members fall prey to it.
Why is it so? We will look at it in this series. Again, what is even SIN, and how came sin entered our world? Before we can understand this very closely, we will delve into The laws of Moses( the Torahs) which will give us an insight that “MR. LAW” is the cause and the strength of sins. So what did Jesus do to it( the law)?
We will look at that. Again we will look at why Jesus came to this world, why his death and resurrection, and many more.
You will discover after this study that, you are not a sinner, and you are no longer a slave to sin but rather sin is a slave to you. And this didn’t happen by your doings but by a man named Jesus Christ. look at what the opening verse said:
For we know that our old self was crucified with him(Jesus) so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
Did you see that? The reason why you are struggling with sin is because you don’t know Jesus has done with sin for humanity. You will discover soon that indeed YOU WERE SET FREE FROM SIN
.
NOTE: LET NOT RELIGION DECEIVES YOU, YOU ARE NOT A SINNER
