The Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) has announced the end of its nationwide strike, effective immediately.
The strike, which began on July 3, was initiated in protest over the government’s failure to implement a new salary structure for CLOGSAG members.
The new salary structure, agreed upon with the government in January 2022, was initially scheduled for implementation in January 2023. However, the delayed implementation led to the strike action.
