The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced an extension of the deadline for the ongoing self-posting process for 2022 graduates from public Colleges of Education.
The new deadline is now August 30, 2024.
The initial deadline, previously extended to August 21, has been pushed back by nine days to allow more time for applicants to complete the online self-posting process and submit their appointment letters.
The GES encourages applicants to regularly check the GES website and official communication channels for updates and notifications.

This extension comes as the GES works to streamline the recruitment and posting of over 10,000 graduates from Colleges of Education who completed their Bachelor of Education degree programs in July 2022.
The GES introduced an online self-posting module in July of this year, allowing newly trained teachers to electronically select their preferred regions, districts, and schools via the GES promotions portal.
