The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has issued a press statement regarding the post-examination activities for the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for School Candidates.

The examination, which commenced on August 5, 2024, successfully concluded on September 20, 2024.

According to WAEC, the marking of essay and practical components, which started on November 7, was completed on November 29, 2024.

However, the scanning of objective cards, initially scheduled from November 1 to November 30, 2024, has been postponed due to scanner malfunctions.
