Very Rev. Prof. Kwesi Nkum Wilson, Principal of Komenda College of Education and Associate Professor in Counselling Psychology at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has been honoured with the Innovative Leadership Award at the Ghana Executive Awards 2025.
The event, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra on May 16, 2025,, recognised individuals and teams whose exceptional leadership continues to contribute to the nation’s development.

- Agricultural innovation, including coconut and palm plantations, piggery, fish farming, and apiculture, has secured the college’s land and enriched its curriculum, integrating sustainability into educational programs.
