The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) has announced a temporary disruption in its call centre operations due to technical issues.
In a statement shared by its Corporate Communications Directorate, the Fund apologised for the inconvenience and urged the public to use alternative channels for assistance.
“Our call centre is currently experiencing technical issues and is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach us through our social media channels and email for assistance,” the statement read.
This disruption comes at a time when thousands of tertiary students—especially continuing students —are actively seeking information on loan application procedures, disbursement timelines, and eligibility requirements for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Despite the call centre outage, SLTF has assured applicants that its digital platforms remain active.
Students can still reach out via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the official email addresses for guidance and support.
The Trust Fund has also reiterated its commitment to transparency and accessibility, noting that updates on loan processing and disbursement will continue to be shared through its verified social media handles.
