Share:

As the Easter season approaches, the Management of Ghana Education Service has issued a missive to remind all Heads of Senior High Schools/Senior High Technical Schools that students will be going on break starting Thursday, April 6, 2023.

This break is to provide students and teachers with the opportunity to celebrate Easter with their families and take a well-deserved rest from their academic activities.

Additionally, Management also informed Heads of Second Cycle Schools running the Transitional Calendar that SHS One (1) students will continue their vacation until their scheduled re-opening in June 2023.

This extended break is intended to give students and teachers ample time to rest and recharge before the next academic term begins.

To ensure a smooth running of the academic year, Regional Directors have been directed to ensure that Heads of Second Cycle Schools in their respective regions take note of these important reminders and comply accordingly.

This will help to ensure that students, teachers, and school administrators are all on the same page and that the academic year progresses seamlessly.
