ToggleReview Window Opens September 1–8
To ensure smooth and error-free placements, GES has announced a review window from September 1 to September 8, 2025.
During this period, candidates and parents are expected to log into the CSSPS portal at www.csses.gov.gh to verify details such as gender, school codes, and program choices.
The Director-General of GES, Professor Ernest Kofi Davis, stated that the Ministry will release an explainer video to guide students and parents through the verification process.
He urged stakeholders to make full use of the opportunity, stressing that early corrections will help avoid challenges once final placements are released.
Warning Against Fraud
Prof. Davis also issued a strong warning against fraudsters who exploit anxious parents by offering fake admission slots.
He reiterated that the placement process is strictly merit-based and cannot be influenced by money or middlemen.
“Any attempt to secure placement through payments or external contacts is fraudulent, and we encourage the public to report such cases immediately,” he cautioned.
Reporting Date for Admitted Students
GES further announced that students who secure placement will be required to report to their assigned schools between October 18 and October 20, 2025.
The Service emphasized that the CSSPS was designed to ensure transparency and fairness, giving every candidate a placement opportunity based on merit, aggregate score, and available vacancies.
