The Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) is facing questions from its members about its effectiveness in advocating for their welfare.
Trainees have expressed concern that TTAG has not taken a strong enough stand in demanding payment of their allowances, which have been delayed for an entire semester for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Some trainees believe that TTAG’s leadership, which is now composed of individuals who have completed college, is out of touch with their current struggles.
