Stop Payment Of the Examination Fees – TTAG Directs Final Year Students In Colleges Of Education

The Leadership of the Teacher Trainees Association Of Ghana, TTAG in a press release dated 15th September 2022 has directed all final students in Colleges Of Education affiliated with the University Of Cape Coast to halt the payment of first-semester examination fees.

This directive from TTAG follows a press release dated 14th September 2022 from the University Of Cape Coast compelling all final year students in colleges of education to pay first-semester examination fees of GH¢370.00.

“We further register our displeasure on how some managements of colleges are coercing our constituents to adhere to the release from the Institute of Education, UCC” TTAG said in a press release.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE RE: PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION FEES FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER OF 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR TO THE INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION BY LEVEL 400 STUDENTS.

Accept warm felicitations from the leadership of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG). We write to refer all our fellow trainees to the letter cited IOE/CWP/101/7.2/4 dated 14th September member, 2022 on the above subject matter and direct that trainees should halt payment of the GhC370.00 indicated as the first-semester examination fee until further notice.
