The EP College of Education in Bimbilla is mourning the loss of its principal, Professor James Gurundow, who tragically lost his life in a car accident.
The incident occurred on Saturday night while he was returning from a funeral in Jamani, located in the Bono region, en route to Tamale.

The Vice Principal of the college, Mr. Anas Seidu Salifu, confirmed the distressing incident to Citi News and expressed his condolences to the family of Professor Gurundow.
The report reveals that although there were four occupants in his car during the accident, he was the sole fatality.
The remains of Professor Gurundow have been taken to the morgue at Tamale Teaching Hospital.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
