The Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG) has officially announced that its Academic Results Committee Form will close on Friday, August 22, 2025.
This form, designed to collect and document academic grievances from teacher trainees across the country, now includes Colleges of Education affiliated with the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
The Academic Results Committee, a specialised body within TTAG, has been instrumental in gathering evidence-based reports on persistent academic issues such as missing grades, delayed transcripts, and unexplained anomalies.
The form provides a structured and credible platform for trainees to submit their concerns directly, enabling the Committee to advocate effectively on their behalf.

ToggleExpanded Access for UCC-Affiliated Colleges
In a significant move toward inclusivity, TTAG has extended access to the form to trainees in UCC-affiliated Colleges of Education.
This ensures that students from all institutional backgrounds can participate in the data collection process and have their academic challenges properly represented.
Deadline for Submissions
TTAG has emphasised that no submissions will be accepted after Friday, August 22, 2025.
The Committee will rely solely on the data collected within this timeframe to inform its next steps and engage relevant authorities.
Trainees who have not yet completed the form are strongly urged to do so before the deadline.
Call to Action for Student Leaders
The Committee is appealing to all Student Representative Council (SRC) Executives across the Colleges of Education to assist in disseminating this information.
Executives are encouraged to raise awareness, remind their members, and ensure that no trainee is excluded from this important exercise.

Trainees can submit their academic results issues via the official TTAG Academic Results Committee Form at https://t.me/c/2498143945/308.
The form is compatible with both mobile and desktop devices, making it easy for students to participate.
You can also reach out to the committee via WhatsApp on +233 55 839 6209
