The University of Cape Coast wishes to bring to the attention of all graduating students of the College of Distance Education who completed their undergraduate programs of study in April 2022, that the University Management has given a special dispensation for the distribution of their certificates ahead of the congregation.
The certificates would be distributed from Thursday, 6th to Friday, 14th October 2022 at the respective regional levels of the College as per the attached schedule below.
Graduating Students who wish to collect their certificates within the period are required to confirm their graduation status from their portals, duly settle any outstanding fee and pay a graduation fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis(GH¢400.00) into any of the following accounts latest by Friday, 7th October 2022.
- UCC CoDE Graduation Account at GCB Bank Using Eagle Pay
- UCC Congregation Account at Prudential Bank using Transflow and present their payment receipts and Student/National ID Card (Original hard Copy) for inspection and collection of the certificates
Those who would be unable to meet the above deadline nor collect their certificates within the period could collect them during the congregation or from Monday, 24th October 2022(Monday-Friday: 8:00 am -4:00 pm) at the College of Distance Education, North Campus, UCC, Cape Coast.
