Basic Schools’ Second Term Break and Third Term Reopening Date

Basic schools in the country will pause for the second term academic activities on Thursday, 15th June 2023.

This break is scheduled to last for a few days, providing much-needed rest and rejuvenation for pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.

However, stakeholders are advised to take note of the reopening date for the third term, which has been set for Tuesday, 27th June 2023.

Pupils are urged to take advantage of this brief hiatus to engage in various activities that can sharpen their skills and enhance their creativity.

Parents, on the other hand, are to also take an active role in ensuring that their wards engage in fun and constructive activities that can keep them occupied during the break.
