The Ghana Education Service (GES) on May 15, 2024, opened its recruitment portal for the 2022 batch of graduates from the various Colleges of Education.
As part of the application process, applicants are required to select three preferred locations where they would like to be considered for postings.
However, the service has made it clear that regardless of these choices, management retains the authority to assign successful candidates to areas where their services are most needed.

This means that individuals who are not willing to be posted wherever GES deems necessary should refrain from applying.
“Do not apply if you are not willing to Serve where posted to,” GES emphasized.
Applicants are urged to adjust their expectations as GES retains the exclusive authority to determine their posting.

It is important to note that the recruitment portal will remain open until June 17, 2024.
Therefore, qualified College of Education graduates are urged to submit their applications before the deadline.
