The third term is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, marking the return of pupils and staff to schools nationwide for the concluding academic phase.

The term will span a total of 12 weeks, during which students will engage in academic activities, school projects, and preparations for end-of-year assessments.
The GES has confirmed that there will be no mid-term break during this term.
End of Term and Vacation Period
The third term is set to conclude on Thursday, July 24, 2025, when schools will officially close for the end-of-year vacation.
The vacation period will last for 32 days, from July 24 to September 7, 2025, allowing students and teachers well-deserved time to rest before the new academic year begins.
