How to Book an NSS Online Appointment

As part of the NSS monthly form evaluations submission or new registration process, booking an appointment online is a crucial requirement.

Here is a detailed guide on how to book your NSS online appointment:

• Login to the NSS Online Portal: Access the NSS Online Portal at https://portal.nss.gov.gh/sign-in  and log in with your correct credentials.

• Find “Regional Registration Verification Appointment”: Once logged in, scroll down on the dashboard until you locate the option for “Regional Registration Verification Appointment“.

• Select Appointment: Select the “Regional Registration Verification Appointment” and wait for the page to load.

• Choose Date and Time: The page will display the NSS logo and “Appointment” details for your regional secretariat. Select your preferred date by pressing on the space below “select your preferred Appointment date“, then press on “Find Available Slot“.

• Select Preferred Time: After choosing a date, select your preferred time slot and ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

• Schedule the Appointment: To confirm your appointment, kindly press on the “Schedule Appointment” button on the page and finalize the booking.

• Confirmation and Notification: Upon successful booking, you will receive a mail notification confirming the appointment. Make sure to print your booked appointment letter for reference.

Remember: Before heading to the NSS Office for the verification or submission of your evaluation forms on the scheduled date, ensure you have printed your “Appointment Letter” as it might be inspected.
