As the race for admission into Ghana’s Colleges of Education intensifies, many applicants are left wondering whether their online application forms have been properly submitted.

With deadlines approaching and no room for errors, it’s crucial to know what signs to look out for.

According to the Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education in Ghana (PRINCOF), a successfully submitted application typically triggers a confirmation message on the portal.

Applicants may take a screenshot or save the page immediately, as this may serve as proof of submission.

In addition, most colleges send a follow-up email or SMS containing the applicant’s reference number and a summary of their form.

If this message doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, candidates should check their spam folders or verify that they entered the correct contact details during registration.

Another reliable indicator is the option to download or print a copy of the completed form.

This feature is usually available only after successful submission, and applicants are encouraged to keep a copy for future reference.

For added assurance, applicants can log back into the PORTAL HERE and check their dashboard or application status.

If the form is marked as “submitted” or “completed,” there’s no cause for concern.

However, if none of these signs are visible, applicants should promptly contact the café or the technical person who did the registration for them for support.

Applicants are reminded that no College of Education will call you directly to inform you that your application has been successful or that you’ve been offered admission.

Kindly disregard any phone calls claiming to confirm your admission status.

Instead, successful applicants will receive an official SMS notification. This message will not ask you to pay any fees to “secure” your admission.

Rather, it will contain a link to download your admission letter, which includes all the necessary instructions for completing your admission process.

Once you receive the letter, follow the prompts carefully—these may include payment of admission fees, submission of documents, and reporting dates.

Be vigilant and avoid falling victim to fraudsters who may attempt to exploit the process.
