In light of this, individuals are encouraged to verify whether their GTLE details have been successfully submitted or not.

This article aims to guide you through the verification process.

If you check and it shows “An error occurred, GTLE Index number not found,” it means your data—or that of your year group—has not been submitted yet.

1. Visit the Verification Portal

To initiate the verification process, individuals are required to visit the official NTC website at https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/public/teacher/verify-gtle-index-number.

This portal serves as the platform for verifying the submission of your details.

2. Enter your GTLE Exam ID

Once you reach the website, you will need to provide your GTLE Exam ID, which was used during both the registration and examination stages.

This ID acts as the identifier for your details in the system.

3. Submit to Verify

After entering your GTLE Exam ID, press the “submit” or “verify button” to commence the verification process.

The system will access the database to confirm whether or not your GTLE index number ( details) has been successfully sent to GES.

4. Feedback

Upon completion of the verification process, you will see a confirmation message of your details successfully sent to GES.

This indicates that your details are in the process of being considered for posting.
