The National Teaching Council (NTC) has provided an important update on the release of the 2025 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) I results, held in July 2025.
In a video message issued by the Council, NTC addressed candidates who sat for the July examinations and cautioned them against fraudulent activities currently being reported.
According to NTC, certain individuals are posing as officials and offering to alter or upgrade examination results for a fee.
The Council stressed that it does not change or upgrade examination results under any circumstances.
“Anyone claiming to work with NTC and promising to change your results is a fraudster,” the statement emphasized.
NTC further explained that all activities relating to the examination have been completed — marking and uploading of results are done.
The only remaining step is the approval of the Minister of Education, after which the results will be made public.
Candidates are also being advised not to pay money to anyone to alter their scores as that is not possible.
However, NTC confirmed that candidates who believe there has been a mistake in the marking may apply for a remarking once results are officially released.
NTC urged all July 2025 GTLE I candidates to exercise patience as it awaits final clearance from the Ministry of Education to publish the results.
