The University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ghana’s premier institution dedicated exclusively to health and biomedical sciences, has officially opened its admissions portal for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The admissions portal is now live and accepting applications for all programmes. Prospective students are encouraged to begin the application process early to avoid last-minute challenges.
The university offers programmes across several schools, including:

How to Apply
Applicants can purchase the UHAS admission e-voucher from any branch of Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Zenith Bank, or Ghana Post.
For added convenience, the e-voucher can also be purchased online using Mobile Money or VISA/MasterCard via the UHAS Admissions Portal.
Alternatively, applicants can dial *920*224*1# on any mobile network to purchase the e-voucher using USSD.
After payment, a Serial Number and PIN will be sent via SMS, which are required to access the online application form.
The cost of the undergraduate admission form is GHC 220.00.
Application Requirements
Applicants must meet the specific entry requirements for their chosen programme.
These typically include:
- WASSCE/SSSCE results with passes in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated Science) and relevant electives
- A completed online application form
- Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates (for mature or postgraduate applicants)
- Two referee reports (for postgraduate applicants)
UHAS emphasises that no hard copies of the application form are required to be posted. All submissions are to be completed online.

UHAS continues to demonstrate its commitment to equity and access through its Students’ Financial Support Scheme, which provides tuition and accommodation assistance to brilliant but needy students.
