The Ghana Education Service (GES) has strongly refuted claims of an ongoing recruitment process, following circulation of a misleading flyer on social media and other platforms.
The flyer, which purportedly announced vacancies (recruitment slots) within the service and targeted diploma and degree holders, has been deemed fraudulent and untrue, sparking a call for public vigilance.
GES has categorically debunked the information on the flyer, emphasizing that it has not initiated any recruitment exercise at this time.
The public has been urged to disregard the flyer and remain alert to such deceptive tactics, which have unfortunately become commonplace in recent times.
“These activities are aimed at defrauding innocent individuals under the guise of offering them employment opportunities. We wish to categorically state that GES is currently not recruiting, and any information suggesting otherwise is false. Beware of Scammers”

GES further reminded the public that its official recruitment processes are conducted transparently, with announcements made through its official website and other recognized media outlets.
The agency stressed that any legitimate information regarding recruitment will always be provided directly by the GES and not through third-party flyers or unverified sources.
The service appealed to individuals to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities related to fraudulent recruitment scams to the appropriate authorities.
It also advised prospective job seekers, particularly diploma and degree holders targeted by the flyer, to avoid engaging with unknown agents or entities claiming to facilitate recruitment into GES.
