The youth of Kofitiakrom in the Jaman South Municipality of the Bono Region have caused uproar by refusing and destroying dual desks that were donated by Colonel Kwadwo Damoah, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the constituency.
The youth made it clear that their main concern was the absence of mobile network coverage in their community.
They argued that having a mobile network was crucial for their development and connectivity, and far more important than having desks.
