The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially addressed concerns regarding delays in the issuance of National Service certificates to the 2023 batch of Teacher Trainees from Colleges of Education.
Reports indicate that affected personnel have expressed frustration on various social media platforms, citing difficulties in obtaining their certificates despite completing their mandatory service.
In response, the Authority has assured trainees that comprehensive measures are being taken to expedite the processing and distribution of the certificates.
In a statement issued by the NSA, the management disclosed that efforts have been intensified to resolve the issue, with administrative resources being deployed to streamline the verification and issuance process.
“Management wishes to assure all affected personnel that concrete steps are currently being taken to expedite the processing and distribution of the certificates,” the statement read.
Additionally, the Authority confirmed that necessary measures have been put in place to ensure the efficient dispatch of pending certificates and eliminate bottlenecks that have contributed to the delays.
While these efforts are underway, the NSA urged affected individuals to remain calm and patient, assuring them that all reasonable actions are being taken to resolve the matter promptly.

The Authority has expressed regret over any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring efficiency and transparency in service delivery.
