The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Ghana has announced a rescheduling of the sale of admission forms for Health Training Institutions across the country, citing the deployment of an enhanced mobile application aimed at streamlining the process.

The initiative, according to the Ministry, is part of the broader efforts to improve accessibility, convenience, and transparency in the admissions process for prospective students.

In a press release issued by the Ministry, it was confirmed that the sale of admission forms, initially scheduled to commence on April 22, 2025, has been rescheduled to May 5, 2025.

The sale will conclude on June 5, 2025, allowing applicants ample time to purchase and complete their applications through the newly introduced mobile application.

The Ministry has emphasized that the mobile application is designed to eliminate the need for applicants to travel long distances to purchase forms, significantly reducing the financial and logistical burden associated with the traditional method of acquiring admission documents.

According to the Ministry, the implementation of this new system is expected to modernize the way Health Training Institutions handle applications, ensuring that admissions procedures remain transparent and accessible to all aspiring healthcare professionals.

The Ministry has also expressed an appreciation for the cooperation of all stakeholders as it transitions to this digital platform.

“We appreciate the cooperation of all as we work towards a more efficient and user-friendly admissions process,” the statement concluded.
