The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has disclosed that all outstanding arrears for beneficiaries on the GhanaPay system have been fully settled.
According to NSS, the payments were made based on the number of months owed to each individual (submitted evaluations), with corresponding amounts credited to their respective GhanaPay wallets.
In a statement sighted by Coleman Publications, beneficiaries were advised to check their GhanaPay wallets or visit their banks to confirm receipt of the payments.

The NSS acknowledged that while some beneficiaries might see “processing” status on their dashboards, this does not necessarily mean they have not been paid.
They are encouraged to visit their banks to confirm the transfer.
